Shops are within 300m, the main railway station 800m, bus stop 100m (free tourist bus for travel round the Chamonix valley).

If you are looking for comfortable well equipped studio at an affordable price in a great location, this is it. This is one of the better areas within Chamonix, exclusive and quiet, with all amenities within easy walking distance. We are very flexible with the letting of this studio, it doesn't have to only be sat-sat.

Our agent meets you at the property to deliver the keys, they are your point of contact during your stay.

You have the choice to hire or supply your own bed linen and towels. Whichever you choose a post stay cleaning service is included in the price. So you can just turn up to a clean studio and get on with your holiday.

The studio is suitably equipped for 4 people and is centrally heated by radiators. All hot water comes from the building's central supply, so hot water is not a problem.

For the comfort of future clients we request that you do not smoke within the studio. However you are welcome to smoke on the Balcony
